Code of Conduct
All users are required to respect service personnel, other users, facilities and the general instructions of the club.
Any user refusing to comply with the rules in force (e.g. compulsory wearing of a life jacket if using nautical equipment) will be escorted outside the club.
Any user showing signs of intoxication will be refused access to the club for reasons of public safety.
Any user disturbing public order, disrupting the organization of activities or violating good morals, hygiene or safety will be escorted outside the club and will be liable to a fine payable under municipal regulations.
In extreme circumstances (serious or repeated breaches), the user will have their club access bracelet removed without any compensation or other recourse.
Any user misusing the equipment resulting in damage or even theft will be escorted outside the club, will have their bracelet removed and will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of the equipment.
Pay attention to yourself and the equipment
Please ensure your safety by wearing a life jacket at all times when using water equipment. We cannot tolerate any exceptions. It's the law!
Please handle the nautical equipment provided to you with care. They are expensive to maintain, repair or even replace.
Please store borrowed equipment in its place and hang life jackets on the rope provided for this purpose.
No violence or incivility will be tolerated.

No violence or incivility will be tolerated. The perpetrator will be escorted out of the club, will have his card/bracelet* deactivated and will be exposed to penalties or fines without any compensation or other recourse.
*Minimum cost of card/bracelet reactivation: $75.
